Varieties:
Aragonêz, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah

Vinification:
Controlled crop levels by careful pruning throughout the year, picking by hand in the cool morning hours with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyards. Traditional fermentation in modern stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of about 28° C. Maturation of 10% of the Cuvée in French and American oak barrels. Minimal treatment during maturation and natural cold stabilisation prior to bottling.
